We will suggest best approach to find tenants. We will assist in showing the property and act as a point of contact to screen prospective tenants and provide our recommendation. This service is offered at Cost plus model

Property - Buy or Sell

We will assist in identifying buyers/ sellers based on your requirement. We will recommend professionals to evaluate the property in terms of value and do legal vetting so that you can take an informed decision. This is offered at Cost plus model

AirBnb Management

We can take care of management of your bookings in case you want to lease your property thru Airbnb. We will respond to booking requests in a timely and professional manner. This service is offered at Fixed Fee/ Revenue Sharing Model

Property Maintanence

We will engage with contractors to take care of property maintenance on a periodical basis or need basis. This could be cleaning of your property or getting Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters etc. This service is offered on a Cost-plus model.

Professional Help - Tax/Legal

We can recommend professionals to help you plan your taxes related to Wealth Management/Capital Gains. We can also assist you in engaging professionals to draft agreements - Lease/ Sale/ Buy. This service is offered on a Cost-plus model
